It gives me pleasure to again, invite you to present a paper at the Fifteenth Annual International Conference o­n Composites/Nano Engineering, ICCE-15, July 15-21, 2007, in Haikou, Hainan Island, China.

Participants of ICCE-15 are encouraged to submit full length papers to the list of approximately 18 specially approved journals, which I am serving o­n the editorial board members, for review and possible quick publication.
