Microcapsule Property Assessment

The main objective of the meeting is an exchange o­n the characterisation of microcapsules :

The topic of the contributions will be focused o­n the techniques to specify microcapsule properties and performances.

  • How to identify the major properties to select suitable materials ?
  • What are the main characteristics to evaluate microcapsules ?
  • Which methods to evaluate microcapsule performances ?
  • Could we standardize methods between groups ?
  • How to organize the knowledge in bioencapsulation encyclopedia ?

Your contribution is welcome ... register and submit a proposal for oral or poster !

Two kinds of contributions may be proposed :

  • Oral presentation : Height reviews o­n analytical technologies or characterization methods (see program for example). Authors are requested to submit before February 28th 2009 maximum o­ne page project to describe their subject, and before March 31st 2009 the final copy of their presentation if selected for oral.
  • Posters : As many as possible posters related to o­ne analytical technique, showing specific results, innovation, difficulties and questions how to characterize capsules. Authors are requested to submit o­ne A4 page of a copy of their poster (preferably in pdf) before March 31st 2009.
