This symposia series has been a leader in driving the scientific aspects of biochemical engineering science. ESBES is a prime meeting for scientists and engineers active in the field to show and see the state of the art of the profession.
The mission of the European Federation of Biotechnology and its Section o­n Biochemical Engineering Science is to bring together scientists, engineers and other specialists working in the field of Biochemical Engineering. The Federation promotes the interaction between European and International researchers, but also between industrial, academic, governmental and policy decision makers.
